 If you are fighting every day then this is not good for any relationship. If you really are arguing that much then maybe it is time to call it a day and move on.
If as you say you can't see yourself without them then the only thing i can consider is some sort of councelling to help sort you both out. But do something because its not healthy for either of you to fight every day.
