Well he asked me if i still like him and i was afraid what he would say if i say yes so i told him i dont know, and he kept bugging me about it so i told him no. But now i am regretting it. I want him to notice me more so i can talk with him more.he also told me he only likes me when im quiet. but he purposely bugs me to where i scream.how can i get his attention more?

 Your question is confusing. If he actually said that he likes you most when you are quiet, doesn't that translate in to he only likes to look at you? Do you want a guy who only likes to look at you? Or for that matter, a guy who likes to annoy you?
I agree with dirtball. Stop playing games. They lead absolutely no where and end up getting extemely annoying, especially when you start to get more mature.
