It means things haven't worked out for her elsewhere, and she's trying to creep back into your life. She broke up with your for a reason, and whatever the reason was, it hasn't worked out. That means there was either a guy somewhere who isn't interested, or she's feeling guilty. The third option is that she still wants to see if she has a hold over you. Personally, I believe in leaving ex's in the past. And I think you should continue with no contact and leave her in the past. You don't want to end up getting hurt again.
