im wondering whether he has any kind of other effects regarding his penis?? i think if he aint getting an errect penis even when you are trying everything that used to get him hard aint working, i advise him to seek help by either his doctor or the local nhs hospital, they have a clinic there called GUM, now this isnt just a clinic for people that think they have a sexual infection but also for people that are having a problem that your fella is. i think if left untreated it could cause long term effects.
