those are bipolar symptoms, im a psychology student and can honestly say EVERY1 has symptoms like that at different times so nobody can tell you if you have a disorder you need to get psychologically assessed by a professional.

I feel The same way you feel sometimes, and I am Bi-Polar. I never was just happy or sad it was either I am on cloud nine or Im thinking of suicide.

I have learned to deal with it very well now, I know that when Im at one of these extremes I just need to say to myself, to tone it down a notch or say, get over yourself and think of how fourtanate I am.

I have come to be a very mellow happy person, I am a Christian, and an Earth lover, thats what keeps me happy, and when Im feeling depressed I find a refuge from my problems meditating for about 30 min-1 hr. You are going to be oaky and make it through this, I know you are.

I think u should look up manic depressive disorder and bipolar disorder and see if you match the other symptoms

i suffer from bipolar disorder and its really hard to live with especially because its very taboo

If u think u have something, maybe u could talk to a professional and if u dont know where to get a porfessional than go to your doctor ur regular doctor sceduale and appointment explain the situation and ask him to reccomend someone!
