We sometimes just play 1-on-1 and he'll always be flirtatious with it though. We laugh all the time when we play. He's always trying to touch me on the slick too. I think I might like him, but I don't know if it's as a friend or as a boyfriend. So tell me does he like me? And do I like him?

 I think you like him as more than a friend, maybe not sure on the boyfriend part yet. But at the same time if you have to ask yourself if you like him, maybe you dont. The only way to know if he likes you would be to ask. He may just be flirtatious by nature.
