 I'm not sure I understand this. Your boyfriend said he loves you, you love him, now he says he does not love you, but instead loves someone else?
You can't convince him to fall back in love with you and at the risk of sounding patronizing, you're young and you'll meet many others.
You can get over him the same way the rest of us do; give yourself time and occupy yourself doing the things that make you happy. See your friends, read a book, go the cinema, get a manicure...anything fun.
