Little bumps on the interior of my labia, they appear once in a while randomly, right know I have only one and it's worrying me!!

ok so i have a problem "down there". once in a while, i get these little bumps inside the lips of my private. right now i have one little bump. its like a tiny piece of skin stickng up it's tiny. but it stings. when i go to the bathroom, whipe up, or do anything that has to do with my private it burns. i don't know what it is. i got them before i was sexually active so i guess it can't be anything sexually. but like i said they appear once in a while randomly. has anyone experienced this or have an idea of what this could be? it's worrying me. and i am scared to go to the doctor's so that's not an option. please help! thanks :)
