From a woman's point of view i can assure you that she would feel the same way otherwise she would have objected to your little peck on th lips. I have often said to my close friends about this ...that sometimes men take advantage of kissing on a cheek business. I have had men who have given me wet kisses on cheek and believe me it's revolting unless it was done by someone that i fancy.
So i think you know then the feeling is mutual.

It sounds to me that things are moving on nicely with both of you. Why don't you ask her out on a proper date. Just the two of you? Take her for a meal and let her know you really like her and take it from there. I'm sure she'll feel exactly the same.
