I have seen this many times before.
It seems that when a man turns down porn street the problem grows in that it seems to take more and more to get them to satisfaction. If the porn addiction (which is what it has become by this time) is not stopped it can ruin relationships and even lead to further problems later.

If he looked after his mom all his life, I would suggest issues around woman to be honest with you. I went out with a guy years ago that had a similar problem. He could only come by masturbation and he blamed his over dominant mom for it. Not sure why .. but a thought?
