It seems I'm there for her more than she is for me. Am I being a selfish friend?

A female United States age 30-35, *aiting 4ever writes:

My best friend, whom is a girl, broke up with her boyfriend a few months ago. She has found a new guy and everything. Sometimes she'll just call me to talk about her dates with him, but I don't want to talk sometimes. Lately here, I've been depressed. It hurts when she talks about her new guy and how he treats her well. when she was with her last boyfriend she never called me or when she did it would be for like a few seconds.

My friend and I live far, far apart. We've been best friends for about 6 or more years. I've been there as often as I can, but I feel like she hasn't been there for me as often. Am I being a selfish friend? Or am I not getting the same attention that I spend on her?
