Your problem is essentially one of the reasons WHY these laws are put into place to protect children. AND YES YOU ARE LEGALLY STILL A CHILD. When sex is rough, yes it will hurt, and yes you might bleed a little bit.
It could be a urine infection, it could be that your skin was damaged during sex, it could be a sexually transmitted infection (I hope you at least know about, how and why you need to use contraception?)
You need to go the doctors and get it checked out ASAP.

I am pretty sure it's UTI, it's infection in the bladder, not related to sex. Google it for more information and what helps is drinking Cranberry Cocktail, it's unknown why, but it helps UTI.
