Make sure your very moist before he enters you and that all the foreplay has been done beforehand that way you will be much more relaxed too, some lubes are good too and i would purchase some of them and give them a go too.

If you have an orgasm before he penetrates you, that should help. Also, if you don't use lube, you should think about purchasing some.

Is your partner taking the time to properly prepare you, aka are you receiving enough foreplay to start feeling really aroused? How is it when you try and insert your fingers, tampons, or sex toys? If you experience vaginal dryness lubricant can help. Does he use condoms? You should be having a reaction to them, try ones that are hypoallergenic, same with lube if you use it. If you use sex toys before penetration to get in the mood, go for silicon some materials can be very irritating. I would to be safe go to your doctor and tell them about the problem, if you've recently been and they say everything is healthy consider some of the above options. Is your partner rough? Does he take his time? Are you comfortable with your partner? I know when I was a virgin for like a week it just hurt every time and my partner did everything, so if you are new to this it could take a few tries just be gentle.
