reader, anonymous, writes (11 December 2007): Hun if a girl every turned you down because of your braces then she'd be shallow and not the type of person any one would want to have a relationship with. Personally Braces don't bug me and have never stoped me from kissing any one nor made it hard to kiss any one.

Noway!!!! If anything having braces is great because once you get them off you will have the best looking teeth ever! Just remember that. I had braces and no guys seemed to be turned off from me because of it. And believe me, its sooo worth having them because then you have such a nice smile. Im sure many other girls your age have braces just like you as well. And the ones who dont probably dont even notice you have them, its not that big of a deal really.
