reader, anonymous, writes (3 March 2010): for starters, your 13-15, you really shouldnt need to wory about this for a while.as the other posters have said, its all in what you eat.stay away from spicy foods, and bitter things. eat naturally sweet things (sugar and sodapop dont count) like fruits (pineapple and watermelon work well)

You can't really do much, though I have been told that eating fruit and cutting down on salty food and fast food can make a small difference.
