 Do you know that you have a perfectly fine and normal penis? It's not too small, it's normal. If you are convinced you need help with it, or that there is a medical problem, you need to talk to your doctor about that.
But you are normal. A 4 inch penis is not below average. The average penis in the world is between 3.9 and 7.9 inches, most men land in either the lower part or upper part of this average.
When you are normal, and healthy, why should you wish to change your body?
