Tisha-1 agony auntHere's the link: http://www.webmd.com/a-to-z-guides/osteomyelitis-10585

It seems to be a bone infection, but there are other synonyms, so it's best to be safe and ask for it to be checked out.

Take good care of yourself.

Tisha-1 agony auntHi Tasha, I don't know anything about osteomyelitis. I think the best thing you can do is to talk to your family doctor. The other thing I can suggest is that you do some research at reputable medical web sites. One suggestion I have for you is webMD.com. I think another one is netdoctor, but I'm not sure of the url.

If you are having pains often or they're something new and then it might not be a bad idea to tell your father or mother about them. You might actually want to be looked at to make sure it's not anything serious. It could be any number of things, so finding out what's causing them is a really good idea.

I hope this helps; it's always a good idea to take special care of yourself because you only get the one body and one life. Take care.
