You need to speak to her for two reasons.
Firstly, it is better that you both know what you are in for rather than her just being surprised when you both find yourselves in the right moment to have sex. Neither of you might know how to deal with it.
Secondly, most women's vaginas can accomodate almost any size penis, but her physiology might mean she can not due to her unusual small size. There is a risk that in trying to make it work you could cause her serious injury and because most women might initially find it painful due to your size and have to become accustomed to it, you might not recognise that in her case the pain might not be normal, it might be harmful.
