Is my ex friend annoying me to get my attention?

Me and my bff haven't been friends for 6 months. We don't talk or anything. I don't acknowledge her in any way.

But, lately she has been doing stuff to piss me off or hurt me. She stares at me, walks past me or through my class on purpose, she is friends with someone she doesn't even like and says hi to her real loud so I'll notice, she says hi to people she normally doesn't say hi to if I'm walking with them, she acts like she is the happiest person alive. That is what she used to do when we were friends and would fight.

So what does all that mean?

Why is she doing all that if she hates me sooo much?

People have said that is her way of telling me she misses me.

I think it's either that, or she's jealous because you've successfully moved on. It may be that she really wants to talk to you, but is very shy about it all, or really doesn't know how to because she's worried how you will respond. Why did you stop being friends in the first place? And is it something that can be fixed?
