 Check to see if you are unconsciously holding your breath while masturbating. I've known people to get a headache from this or from tightening their muscles in your neck. Make sure that your neck has good support.

 It might be just that you are de-hydrated if you're getting yourself wet then it's taking a lot of the moisture out of your body so I'd say dirnk more water.
