It seems to me to be the latter. You cheated on this Guy before. What's that all about. Using some one else for sex. I know what I would do . Dump Your ass!!

Youre ready physically before mentally and since you have doubt in ur mind youre ready you should therefore wait until the right moment and you will always know when that feeling hits. Best wishes.

 Its not wrong no, unless you dont feel ready and you arent comfortable doing it, only you know how you feel, so if you are not ready then tell him that.
