He says he likes me a lot and I believe him. I'm starting to love him. He always tells me to tell him anything, but I'm afraid to tell him this since we're not actually dating although we pretty much act like it. ...just my humble experience...I got to a point where I couldn't help but say it to her. It just had to come out. Are you there yet? (Not that you can't tell him some of your feelings before you're completely in love.)

 If you are not dating then no dont you will scare him away, you should never start sleeping with someone when you arent dating them because a guy wants a girlfriend that makes him wait. Ask him to be your boyfriend tell him you really like him, but dont tell him you love him.
