 If you love someone deep inside but are having relationship troubles, those deeper feelings can be stuffed down and put away on a shelf so to speak. Not the same as not knowing, but possibly could be unreachable because of too much emotional pain....sometimes it hurts to bring up our deepest feelings even if it is love, especially if things are not going well.
