writes: ok answers based on UK law if possible please. as i live in the Uk am a 22 year old man and yesterday due to many random events i got a girls number. she is 16. and here in the UK age of consent is 16 so its all legal. there is nothing atm, but i sense a big possibility of something happening. your thoughts please. reader, anonymous, writes (6 January 2007): Ensure you ask her to bring along a valid passport or photographic drivers license as proof of age before you consider any physical contact. It's also been known that undercover cops like to set up sad geeky internet nerds. OK I was lying about the second bit. Defo stick to the photographic ID though. You may also like a legally-binding written declaration from her parents as declaration she is an adult exercising her free will and choice.

but it seems to me your only in it for one reason.
And ask yourself why aren't you going for someone your own age? As a 17 year old girl myself, I would be asking myself if your a perv, or immature or desperate, and can't get somebody your own age?... but then again, you may just be a totally nice guy, who see's something good in this girl, and you really actually want to call her to get to know her, not just to get in her pants.
