I am interested in him and gave him my mobile number just in case we need to ask eachother any questions about the job cause we are both new at the position. After we exchanged mobile numbers he kept on looking at me in a training session and smiling also he asked a few times when I am turning 16 (I am 16 in a week) he is 18. At the end of the evening he offered to wait with me until my lift arrived he waited with me for about 1/2 hour I said I was fine cause another worker was waiting as well but he insisted to wait.Is he sending a message that he is interested?? Thanks.

Hi,
I believe he is interested. When you gave him your mobile number, that gave him an "I am interested message."
So, see how things go. Keep smiling when he does and hopefully he may suggest a cooffee or whatever.
One point to note though, is when he was waiting with you. At first, you said you already had a lift. He then stayed on with you despite you saying you were ok. Obviously, he wanted to be with you, but that is also a bit clingy for a guy to do.
But please, that's only my opinion, I'm a lot older and I understand not to insist on waiting if a lady tells me she is OK.
But obviously, he wanted your company!
best wishes, G.

I think he may be interested. It would probably be a good idea to get to know him better, but he seems to be sending you some positive signals.
