as a guy yes he really likes you and this is his way of showing it to you .i would ask him out if i was you and you really like him.the reason i say this is because this is what i used to do when i was young like you are . good luck hope your friend and you work this out . ps ask him how he feels about you.

It depends. Some guys do it in a flirty way, but in my experiance it's never been the same as if you were being bullied.
They're usually just little things, like you're stupid and stuff like that. Silly things.
I've only had one guy be really truely horrible and that wasnt because he liked me, but because he was a dick and using me lol.
It's all about the confidence you show. Just be confident and talk to him. See if you get along and then you'll be able to tell if he likes you

 I believed thats how boys use to act when they like a girl... at age 6-11. Of course, come act that way a bit later on, and don't stop until they hit 24. Some, and very few luckily, stop even later and are usually not that lucky in love, although they tend to brag and lie that they are.
Does it really matter if he likes you or not? No one wants to be the girlfriend of an immature meanie anyway. If he likes you his behaviour is still mean! And if he doesn't like you he is still just mean!
If you suspect he likes you and just don't know better, tell him to mann up and get real or stop harassing you. At no age should bullying be accepted, but at your age you sure are old enough to stand up for yourself and not tolerate it.
