Well, most healthy men do look at other women.
I don't mess around on my husband but hell, yeah ... I look at other men. I don't make a spectacle of myself but that has to do with having integrity, exercising decorum.
I can't speak for your man, trying to calm you with sweet words, but I would suggest that you get to the root of your insecurity.
Finding other people attractive does not mean he's going to have sex with them. It means they're attractive, that's all.
It's okay for him to get his appetite anywhere, as long as he eats at home. =)
