A female United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

So i have a question and it's not love related but it's important.

I've been currently faced with dealing with my emotinally abusive drug addicted friends and usually I can take it but now I just feel so alone and alianted with them. I'm scared for my safety sometimes. I'm 16. I used to pop pills but have just recently abandoned that life and now I'm scared of being pulled back in. I don't know how to get away from it? They are the only people I know at school and we've been friends for much too long to just walk away. I just don't know what to do.

I need help please.
