 Well how about not limiting yourself... how about having another go!! Just because you came early doesnt mean the fun has to end, get in the mood together again after and see what happens... the more you do this the easier it will be!! also you could try cumming whilst in foreplay and then getting an erection again so that when you do have sex you will last longer... men always do last longer the second time around.... have lots of foreplay together, make her come without having intercourse first and this will releive some of the pressure... or you could try holding.. the second you feel you are about to stop.. everytime you get a build up stop.. the longer you can keep this up the longer you will be able to last... but all is not lost... like i say why limit yourself to once... wait a while and have another go!

- Try reliving yourself an hour or so before sex as this will make you slower to come.
-Try slowing down during sex thrust slower and more gently as this will slow you down.
- Ensure that you girl friend is satisfied through either oral sex or extensive foreplay.
I hope this helps but if you still have concerns speak to your girlfriend and she will help you.
