writes: hi i am so not confident and its really gettin me down cos im so jelous of other girls. if i look at a girl an shes pretty or wearin nice clothes then i am SO jelous of her! when i look in the mirror i just think, i want to be pretty even though i am quite pretty, i just dont really think anything of me. its weird cos i wanna be the most beautiful girl in the World but why do i? how can i become more confident and like the way i look? also whenever i hear someone say 'shes so pretty' about another girl i get so jelous, but why???? you're jealous because you've put yourself down so much and have got it into your head that everyone's better than you, you have made yourself almost paranoid about the way you look! There is a garantee that SOMEONE in the world admires you. Who needs look when I bet you've got brains and assorted talents! You're bound to get prettier - i bet you're pretty already, you just don't think so!
