Please help me with this problem. I have asperger's, so I’m not so good in social situations.

if she liked you in primary school chances are she still has some kind of feelings or you..
unless you have changed completely since going to high school ( i just started high school and im pretty sure you havent ;)).
im sure shes just as nervous about it as you.
and you probably don't talk that much because of the awkwardness.
if you tell her you had and have a crush on her she probably won't feel as 'silly' about the whole thing.
so basiclly just get it out there and tell her. or even tell a friend and get them to spread it round. i know that sounds bad but then you don't need to ask her face to face. she will find out and if she still likes you she should confront you :)
