writes:3 months ago i moved back home from out of state, while living away from home i was in a very bad relationship (thats why i moved back home). i wanted to take some time for myself because i was with my ex for about 1 year and i felt i still loved him, but a little over month ago i met A guy, at first i didnt think much of it, but then i started liking him more and more. now i don't of my ex as much which is good but now im scared of getting hurt again. me and the new guy had sex 3 days ago for the first time. we still talk but im scared his going to stop liking me now. what should i do? how i know if he still interested in me? please help before is too late.

reader, anonymous, writes (13 April 2012): Hmmm..I think you should take a hard look at your dating habits. Having sex right away almost guarantees the guy will lose interest fast. Women who don't take at least a couple of months of dating the guy and wait until the relationship is exclusive wind up getting used and hurt all the time. It's a bad sign when you have to wonder about his interest level AFTER sex because that means you have sex WAY TOO SOON and that's a sure indication of a woman with low self esteem, which is unattractive to men, hence they lose interest.
