reader, anonymous, writes (6 March 2009): This is obviously a very important issue for you, so I suggest that you contact your GP and have tests done to measure your testosterone levels. If you have a deficiency you will probably be perscribed medication to rectify the situation.

reader, anonymous, writes (6 March 2009): hey i'm a 17 year old girl, everyone is different and some people develop quicker than others but maybe you should go and see a doctor just in case. It will put ure mind at rest, dont be scared or ashamed they have seen it all before and they will probably just tell you that ure a late bloomer :) dont worry about it
