I'm not looking for a girlfriend, but, I'm not sure if she really likes me?

I was sorts dating this girl ad everything was going fine until I brought the age difference between us and I think she is using that agaisnt me to tell me she is not interested. I talked to her about it and I told her that I really like her a lot. She told me she likes me but I couldnt get it out of her if she meant as friends or the type I feel for her. We both just got out of a relationship and I am not looking for another gf we both made that clear. And it turns out that she is starting to like this guy we work with too. Should I just let her go and move on or should I continue to try and make things work?
