I called 2 days later and we arranged to meet then he stood me up and wouldnt answer his phone.  End it with him then get his number blocked on your phone. Don't answer when he calls, just ignore him. He's the one messing you around and you need to get him out of your head for your own sanity.
If he comes round just tell him you don't want to see him. It'll be hard to begin with but you will get stronger and realise that you can live without him!
