A female reader, bridget +, writes (16 March 2006):

bridget agony auntHey there pet,

Do you have any idea what could be causing your worry??

Have you been ill (or seriously ill)??

You didnt really say why you feel so low, so i can only assume you are at the first few stages of Depression, and there has got to be a valuable reason as to why this has happened..

Have you had an argument with a close friend or a partner??

The trouble with Depression, is that it only takes a small minor problem then it turns itself into a Major Mowhall.

Id advise you to go and pay a visit to your GP and see what they advise..

If you ahve a partner and you are quite close why not go away for a few days? Clear the view and get some fresh air into your system..

No matter how tired you feel, Please dont stay in bed, Push yopurself to get up and have confidence and wuillpower to overcome whatever wories you..

Hope I have helped you a bit,

Jacqueline
