writes:Hi, I'd love some ideas from both male and female readers about what to write in my boyfriend's 1 year anniversary card, please. Obviously we've been together a year, and we've been through a lot....good times and not so good times, including a miscarriage. I guess I want to write something about how awesome I think he is, and how happy I am to be with him, but don't want to sound too gushy... any ideas, please? Thanks :)

 Just say what you feel. It might sound gushy, but so what? It's been a year and this is a great time to really express how you feel about one another. So tell him how wonderful you think he is and how he makes you happy. He will love that you've put the effort in to express your love for him. If he doesn't want to hear all of that or know it, just keep it short and simple and tell him you love him. And that's all he really needs to know anyways.
