finchy agony auntthere is nothing wrong with you. your periods will just be irregular. i missed a period for 4 months (heaven lol) and im still a virgin so i went to the doctors and he assured me nothing was wrong that i should just go on the pill because it will regulate them. and it worked so just ask the doctor if he will prescribe you the pill. hope this helps xxTCxx

jezibelinhell agony auntEvery case is different. For some, it takes years for their bodies to regulate after starting their periods, for others it's like clockwork right off the bat. Since you're a virgin, you are obviously not pregnant. I'd wait a few weeks and if you are still late, see your doctor. There are many reasons for periods to be late. But in the meantime...relax. Stress is the #2 cause for late periods.
