I know I'm legal for guys my age, but what about guys over 18? 16 is age of consent in my state, by the way. Even if he was 18, would it be illegal? Would you count 'fooling around' (no actual oral, anal, vaginal sex) sex? Would you count oral sex as an illegal sexual act with someone older than 18 if you are 17? Fill me in, I'm stumped. My state site is TOTALLY a gray area for this.

Hi there! well im from newzealand & the legal age for consent is 16+ anything under is classed as having sex wth a minor, so which state exactly are you from? and I would presume that 16 is the normal for most states so if youre over 16 and you are seeing someone older than you ranging from 20+ is considered ok or legal*
