writes: Hey, I'm dating this eighteen-year-old guy and have been for about six months now, I'm only sixteen and wanted to know if it was legal for us to be dating or if he could get arrested for dating me or doing anything with me if it goes that far. We both love each other and have both of our parents support, but we don't know if it's legal. He's willing to wait for the next two years if it is, but everywhere we've looked nothing has come up and we don't want to go to the police because if it is we don't nkow what will happen.
