 Your 16...as long as your not doing anything either your or your boyfriend dont want to be doing, or arnt sure about, your not moving too fast. Just reasure your sister you wont make any rash desisions and do anything you will later regret

 I think your sister is just concerned about what leads on from that rolling around on the bed... Perhaps from her own pass assurance.
So long as you are comfortable with the steps you are taking, and you are being safe, then there shouldn't be any problem. I mean, as a 16 year old, you can can legally have sex, so I don't really know where your sister got the idea that you're moving too fast in a relationship that's been going on for almost half a year.
Maybe you should talk to her about this, and ask her why she thinks this. In turn you can explain to her that you are being responsible and quell her fears a little too!
