If we start talking again will her feelings for me resurface?

Do girls feelings for a guy last a long time. So lets say if this girl i was really close with and almost went out with and I knew she really liked at the beging of high school. Then we kinda just stoped talking for no reason. Its not like anything happened we still both really liked each other but still ended up not really talking for no reason. but know it is then end of high school and I miss her. She has had a few boyfriends since then. If I start talking to her again will her old feeling surface.
