If my presence makes her so uncomfortable, why is she going out of her way to treat me like crap?

This is a follow up to my previous question. I no longer hang out at the coffee shop when my ex is working. But now, when she knows I am here, comes in and hangs out (something she did not really do before). She totally ignores me, and I guess I do the same, although I would rather not. If my presence makes her so uncomfortable, why is she going out of her way to treat me like crap?
