I was about to propose to her but then her behaviour has got me thinking, is this normal in a relationship?

Ok the pass 4 months i have been going out with this girl and ive deeply fallen for her and was going to propose to her tonight but some of the things she does makes me think twice like, is this normal in a relationship

ditches me to go to town,

text's a lot of guys that are her " friends "

ignores me most days

never shares like ive spent my savings on both of us

and the only thing she buys is 2 packs a smokes a week lol? like i brought her a 2000$ ring yesturday and i said that i brought her a present that costs around that and she said that i could use her car if i took her out to dinner and filled her car up after i just said i spent all my savings on her bloody present

argh im to confused to ask all these can somone please just give me some advice because im raelly confused
