I don't advise people how to do things that are clearly unethical.
The problem is not "how do I bed her" its that you want to.
You best make arrangements for her to live somewhere else. That will cool off your head enough to sort the rest out.

 She's your sister in law... do you really think she would cheat on her husband? under the same household? is she so sex crazed as you are? wouldnt it make things awkward in your family considering the nature of where you live?You say your happily married, but clearly thats a lie! If you were happy you would never ever consider on cheating on your wife. If your wife and your brother in law did that and have sex with no strings attached, would you be so understanding?treat people how you wish to be treated. Dont think your actions dont have consequences they do. So my answer to you is ponder the above questions before you even attempt to make moves on your sister in law while her husband is working away.
