 2 people can still love or feel for eachother and not be together.I still care about my ex and always will, because he was my first love, but I've moved on and I'm with someone else now who makes me so happy it's unreal. However that doesn't mean I will automatically forget my ex.Truth is, just because we aren't with someone doesn't mean we can automatically switch off how we feel about them. Plus, just because you love someone doesn't mean you have to be with them.This girl probably told you she loved you because it is the truth, however she doesn't seem like she wants to get back with you because it obviously didn't work out the first time. If she thinks you lied and hurt her the previous time, why would she want to go through that again? She's probably scared to get back into a relationship with you because she doesn't feel it would be stable.Truth is, she is with someone else now and you must accept that. She has obviously found someone who she believes wil make her happy. It can be hard getting over someone, but maybe you should try it too.
