This sounds bad, but you say you are attracted sexually, so if you hold back...
I once was attracted to my girlfriend's older sister. She was really sexy. I felt she had a bit of a crush on me. We were friendly with each other... I had one real chance when her husband was away and her two young kids were sound asleep and I happened to be at her place... I didn't act on it. I wish I had.

But if your close in age then its normal. You're a man and if a man sees a pretty woman then they are going to be attracted. As long as you dont do anything. If you got involved with her sister then your girlfriend would crushed.
