Stop stressing about it thats what you do! Blimey if he gets with someone that quick you had a lucky escape! I had a similar thing happen recently. You have to bear in mind some people are petrified of being on their own so they jump into bed with the next thing that comes along, they dont even care what they are like personality wise. totally bad idea but they do it. let him get on with it.
Just keep remembering, you had a lucky escape!
Plenty more fish in the sea. And chances are they wont be lining up the next one the moment it goes wrong with you, if ever it does.
