 This relationship is no good for you, you must put an end to it you do not love this woman and the longer you let things go on the more hurt she is going to be.
You obviously work together so i can see it is going to be very difficult at least for her. Maybe you can request that you be transferred to another part of the organization which will help by putting some distance between you.
You must really be honest with her though, tell her that you do not have the same feelings for her as you once had and long term your relationship is just not going to work.
Be strong it is no good being sucked into a relationship which is just not in your heart.
