writes:im feeling down all the time as where ever i go and what ever sites i go on all i get is abuse with in town i get spat at and abused yelled at me if i try and reach out on the internet all i get is threats some that very scary i try and ask for help from family and all i get it a reply of grow a backbone and when my bf trys to help i end up blaming him. the police dont wanna know and this abuse happens to me even in citys hundred of miles from my own. i think i have that look that people hate me even though i try my best to look friendly and fit in but it never works. what can i do?

reader, anonymous, writes (5 March 2008): This doesnt seem right to me. What do you do for people to spit at you. I have moved from one region of the UK to another and got along just fine, so why is this happening to you, there must be a reason. Tell us a bit more about it please.

 If you could elaberate on this a bit more, it would be appreciated. The information give, really doesn't make sense in the manner it's been described. If you can give some examples of actual times and how it progressed into abuse, it would be helpful. Thanks.
